The Erasmus+ project ToxLearn4EU continues to support toxicology education beyond its core activities. On February 6–7, 2025, Dr. Ariane Vettorazzi (University of Navarra) participated in the MICOFOOD Training School, held in Valencia (Spain), where she incorporated educational materials developed within the ToxLearn4EU framework.
The training school, focused on mycotoxin risk assessment and food safety, brought together early-career researchers and experts from across Europe. Dr. Vettorazzi used selected interactive tools and problem-based learning resources from ToxLearn4EU to enhance engagement and promote active learning during her sessions.
This successful application of project materials in a specialised training context highlights the versatility and impact of ToxLearn4EU outputs in advancing toxicology education at multiple levels.
